Angela Wise is the Chief Marketing Officer of Umami Riot Experience, where she leads brand, marketing, media, and experiential strategy across the company’s portfolio of chef-driven restaurants, lifestyle concepts, and hospitality ventures. A globally experienced brand executive, Angela brings more than 25 years of leadership at the intersection of hospitality, real estate, entertainment, and experience-led brand building.

Throughout her career, she has built, launched, and transformed iconic hospitality and lifestyle brands—driving market-leading growth, brand repositioning, and long-term enterprise value. Prior to Umami Riot, Angela held senior leadership roles with Las Vegas Sands, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Caesars Entertainment, Maple Hospitality Group, and Reef Capital, serving as chief brand and creative leader for award-winning resorts and restaurant portfolios.

At Umami Riot Experience, Angela defines portfolio-level brand architecture, shapes concept positioning, and translates culinary and creative vision into scalable marketing systems that fuel sustainable growth.
