With more than a decade in restaurant leadership, she’s known for bridging strategy and execution, turning ambitious culinary concepts into consistent, profitable, guest-centered operations.

Her career includes leading global operations at Yardbird Restaurant Group, where she oversaw eight locations, multi-million-dollar revenue performance, and enterprise-wide systems integrations. Today, she works hand-in-hand with culinary, beverage, marketing, and ownership to ensure Umami Riot operates with discipline, care, and culture intact.
